2012 Niner Jet 9 Mountain Bike - Medium *Lots of upgrades* for sale in Burke, VA
This bike has been well cared for, maintained and has a ton of upgrades (Fork/Shock/Rims/Hubs/Dropper/etc.). Nothing on this bike is original equipment and some parts (derailluer/cassette/chain) are fresh out of the box NEW. All maintenance including yearly pivot bearing replacements and shock/fork oil/seal changes have been done by me. The frame does have some scratches (it's a 2012) but I've installed 3M frame/fork/chain stay/seat stay protection which has held up great. For height/fit reference, I'm 5'10". Wheels/Hubs/Rubber (doesn't get much better): - Velocity Blunt SS rims - Industry 9 torch Hubs - Maxxis Minion DHF (EXO casing) front and rear - Nuke Proof ARD (Advanced Rim Protection) insert in the rear. Groupset: (Shimano) - 100% XT (brakes/derailleur/cranks/cassette) - derailleur, cassette, and chain are brand (fresh out the box) new. Chain Ring: (One Up Components) - 30 Tooth Narrow Wide Handlebar: (Salsa) - Salsa Flat bar - Aluminum. 800mm uncut. Other items available: - I have the second Nuke Proof ARD insert since I don't run an insert in the front. - I have all the tokens for the new Fox 34 available (I've run the fork with no tokens). - If you want the custom bearing press/remover kit for this bike (from Real World Cycling), that can be added. - If you want the original equipment fork (Fox 32) and shock (Fox RP23), those can be added. *** Though the ad states local pickup, if the bike needs to be shipped, it will be done through bike flights with appropriate insurance. *** *** Addition of the fox factory 32 and original headset/bearings will add $100. ***
