Windows System Administrator with Security Clearance
Working in a federal client space to support Microsoft Intune cloud-based endpoint management solutionWork includes managing user access to app and device management across a variety of devices, including mobile devices, desktop computers, and virtual endpointsFocus on support of endpoint engineering solutions for the agency, working with a dynamic team of Tier 3 technical specialistsHeavy focus on Microsoft Entra/Azure mobile solutionsRole supports protecting access and data on organization-owned and users personal devicesSupports compliance and reporting features that support the Zero Trust ArchitectureThis is a hybrid position working onsite no more than two days a week in Springfield, VA
Responsibilities:
o Support management of managed internet devices in Microsoft technology stack for government cliento Manage solution architecture, deployments and application and device supporto Provide hands-on support to DoS customers.o Provide support to the client in administering deployment of policies (configuration and compliance) to Windows devicesAdminister relevant Azure/Entra systems.o Monitor application deployment status.o Respond to complex user issues escalated from Tier-1 and Tier-2 as related to Windows devices managed by InTune; coordinate with and as an embedded member of a Tier 3 team of experts, ensuring support requests are handled per the relevant Service Level Agreements.o Manage complex device policies/configurations using the MS InTune platform.o Manage the Microsoft Company Portal in terms of software available to the Department.o Testing software, packaging software, ensuring local software available via the company portal remains current.o Respond to security issues as identified.o Create new device configurations based on operating system changes, new capabilities needed, etc.o Microsoft Intune familiarity and management experience is a plus!
Qualifications:
o Microsoft Windows management experience.o Windows Autopilot registration and deployment.o Configuration profile creation and deployment.o Azure AD group management.o Application packaging and deployment.o Windows 10 administration and troubleshooting.o Strong Team Player.o Strong problem solving skills.o Clear communication skillsPreferred
Experience:
o Windows 10/11 management and deployment.o Experience with Microsoft Windows OS imaging, deployment, management.o Understanding of Intune components and policies nice to have.o Microsoft MECM and SCCM experience nice to have.o Experience with Microsoft Surface HUB, other laptop platforms, and other Microsoft technologies such as Hololens is nice to have.o Microsoft Intune familiarity nice to have.o Experience with MacOS administration nice to have.o Mobile Device Management experience (iOS, Android) nice to haveClearance Requirement:
