The following are some of the daily activities to do :
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients - Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Assist with dental office administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations - Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality We are looking for some one who is reliable, responsible, and a team player.
