Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking in and out of patients, collecting funds, and daily computer tasks.
Strong computer skills a must.
Must be flexible and able to pay attention to detail and have an extremely pleasant phone manner.
We are looking for a team player with excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task and a high maturity level.
Must be assertive and able to prioritize.
Must be willing to assist in minor surgical procedures.
Must be vaccinated for COVID.
We have a smoke-free environment.
Must have prior references and reliable transportation.
Must be flexible and available to work both AM and PM shifts.
Morning shift is 7:
45 AM - 1:
30 PM.
Afternoon shift is 1:
45 PM - 7:
00 PM.
No Fridays or weekend work.
3 shifts per week, with the possibility for more.
