- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments, filling Dentist and hygienist schedule - Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information - Assist with billing and payment processing, scanning insurance documents to patients chart and posting insurance and patient payments.
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow - Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus - Friendly and professional demeanor We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team.
